These soft and airy pancakes are perfect for a simple yet satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
