1. Grilled Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

A simple yet flavorful side dish that brings out the natural sweetness of zucchini.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchinis, sliced into spears
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss the zucchini spears with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until tender.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated

  • 150 g sugar

  • 200 g grated zucchini
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and pour into the loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
