Ingredients:

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 240 ml BBQ sauce
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 5 g smoked paprika
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 2.5 g black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut ribs into sections to fit into your slow cooker.
  2. Rub ribs with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs, ensuring they’re well coated.

  • 1.4 kg pork shoulder
  • 15 g chili powder
  • 5 g cumin
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 120 ml salsa
  • Tortillas and toppings of choice (cilantro, onions, avocado, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Rub the pork with chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
  2. Place it in the slow cooker and add chicken broth, lime juice, and salsa.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until the pork is tender.
  4. Shred with forks and serve on tortillas with toppings.

3. Slow-Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken

  • 2.5 g smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Add corn, potatoes, onion, and vegetable broth to the slow cooker.

  • 120 ml milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, butter, and milk to form a batter.
