  5. Green Lentil Soup Green lentils are packed with protein, fiber, and essential minerals. A green lentil soup is both hearty and nutritious, perfect for a cozy lunch or dinner. Cook lentils with onions, garlic, spinach, and vegetable broth for a flavorful dish. Add a dash of cumin, turmeric, and coriander for some extra warmth and spice.
