Fridge-clean-out frittatas make breakfast simple, affordable and delicious. Use leftover ingredients you have available, but cook vegetables first and drain excess moisture to prevent a watery texture. Adjust the seasonings to suit your ingredients and add cheese or herbs for extra flavour. Serve your frittata with toast, fresh fruit or a simple salad. Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge and eat within three to four days. Reheat portions until steaming hot throughout. Try different ingredient combinations to reduce food waste and enjoy a fresh breakfast with minimal effort.
