Château Gâteaux, the renowned pinnacle of handcrafted cakes and desserts, is proud to celebrate Women’s Month with a series of high-profile events and the announcement of new brand ambassadors. This August has been marked by the sponsorship of Miss South Africa, where Mia Le Roux was crowned as the New Miss SA 2024, then Women’s Day celebration and store opening at Clearwater Mall with Lorna Maseko, and today’s high tea at the newly revamped Illovo Château Gâteaux store with Natasha Joubert. These celebrations not only underscore Château Gâteaux’s commitment to excellence but also its dedication to empowering women. This month kicked off with our sponsorship of the Miss South Africa pageant on August 10, 2024, where Mia Le Roux was crowned amidst festivities that celebrated the diversity and individuality of South Africa.
The month continued with a grand Women’s Day celebration on August 9 at Clearwater Mall, where the opening of our new store was enhanced by Lorna Maseko’s presence. Her involvement added a touch of elegance and aligned perfectly with our commitment to creativity and quality.
The celebrations concluded with a high tea at our newly revamped Illovo store on August 31, hosted by Natasha Joubert, Miss South Africa 2023. Natasha’s dedication to community service and her role in empowering young women made her an ideal figure to cap off our Women’s Month events with grace and inspiration.
