  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • ½ cup water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, psyllium husk, and water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
  8. Cheese and Herb Bread: Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, grated cheddar cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and fresh chopped herbs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is firm to the touch and golden brown.
  7. Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan and transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Butternut Squash Bread: Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 ½ cups cooked and mashed butternut squash
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together butternut squash, eggs, melted coconut oil, and honey (if using).
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
