1. Classic Pita Sandwich

A pita sandwich is an easy and satisfying meal that you can customize with your favorite fillings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pita bread, cut in half
  • 100 grams grilled chicken, sliced
  • 50 grams lettuce, chopped
  • 50 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
Gently open the pita halves to create pockets. Fill each half with grilled chicken, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

2. Homemade Pita Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 pita breads, cut into triangles
