Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 400 ml coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Blend the mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour for a smoother texture.
