Ingredients:

  • 500 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway.

  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
  2. Sprinkle in flour and stir for 1 minute.

  • 300 g beef strips
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss beef strips with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, ginger, and broccoli for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Return beef to the pan and add oyster sauce and remaining soy sauce. Stir well.
