How to Make Mochachos Chicken Burgers at Home

  1. Prepare the Chicken Patties: Begin by slicing the chicken breast fillets into evenly-sized portions. Season the chicken pieces generously with Mochachos Chicken Spice or your preferred seasoning blend, ensuring they are well coated. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Assemble the Burger: Toast the burger buns lightly to add a hint of crispiness to each bite. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise, followed by a slice of tomato and onion.
