McDonald’s South Africa introduced its latest menu addition, the McCrispy Chicken Burger, during a vibrant event in Randburg. The launch brought together media personalities, celebrities, and influencers for an immersive experience celebrating the brand’s newest offering.
The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the McCrispy Chicken Burger, a product nearly two years in development. Daniel Padiachy, Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s South Africa, expressed his enthusiasm:

Made with 100% South African-raised chicken breast, the McCrispy features a seasoned, crispy fillet served on a soft potato bun with shredded lettuce and a creamy lemon and pepper sauce.
Adding to the excitement, the event featured a surprise performance by Major League DJz. Their dynamic set energized the crowd, complementing the evening’s celebratory mood.
Attendees were treated to a variety of activities, including live music, McDonald’s cuisine, beverages, custom-designed t-shirts, virtual reality games, interactive listening studios, and photo booths.
