1. Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.

Instructions:

  1. Season fish with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook fish for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.

  • 250 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
