Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 grams ziti or penne pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 200 grams ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

2. Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta Bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 grams penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix pasta, chicken, spinach, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.

3. Veggie Loaded Pasta Bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 grams fusilli or penne
  • 1 cup roasted vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine pasta, roasted vegetables, and marinara sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella and feta on top.

  • 400 grams penne pasta
  • 150 grams bacon, chopped and cooked
  • 200 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and cooked bacon in a pan until mushrooms soften.
  3. Mix pasta with mushrooms, bacon, and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheddar, and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.

5. Seafood Pasta Bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 grams penne or rigatoni
  • 200 grams cooked shrimp or crab meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, pepper, and chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. Mix pasta, seafood, cream, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
