How to Make the Perfect Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap

A Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap is the perfect blend of classic flavors with a little extra kick! This easy-to-make dish is great for lunch, dinner, or as a healthy snack. Packed with tender chicken, fresh greens, a zesty Caesar dressing, and a dash of spice, this wrap will satisfy your craving for both savory and spicy flavors.

Here’s how you can make the perfect Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Caesar Dressing:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Wrap Ingredients:
  • 2 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: ¼ cup croutons for added crunch

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken – In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
  2. Cook the chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C/165°F). Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Step 2: Make the Caesar Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 3: Assemble the Wrap

  1. Prepare the tortilla – Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Layer the ingredients – Spread 2-3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing onto each tortilla. Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan. Top with sliced chicken and croutons for a crunchy texture.
  3. Add extra heat – If you love extra spice, drizzle a bit of hot sauce or sprinkle more cayenne pepper on top of the chicken.
  4. Wrap it up – Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from one end to the other, securing all the delicious ingredients inside.

Step 4: Serve
