Sandton’s food scene has a dazzling new player. La Salud, a restaurant born from a love of travel, culture, and the soulful connections sparked by food, has officially opened its doors, promising diners far more than a meal—it offers a global gastronomic journey.

A Space That Transports

Blending rustic charm with cosmopolitan flair, La Salud is a space where worldly flavours meet an inviting, warm aesthetic. Earthy tones, vintage accents, woven rugs, linen drapes, and communal seating create an atmosphere that encourages diners to slow down, connect, and explore. The design, much like the menu, is a nod to culture, curiosity, and the joy of shared experiences.

At La Salud, every dish tells a story. The menu is a constantly evolving tapestry of flavours inspired by kitchens across the globe. Diners can expect everything from charcoal-grilled kababs and tender lamb chops to fresh tacos, hearty burgers, wood-fired pizzas, crisp salads, and comforting seafood.

We invite guests to slow down, explore, and connect over food with heart and story. A meal here is your passport to a global culinary journey—without leaving Sandton.”

Head Chef Naresh Kumar adds, “Our goal is to awaken all the senses. From stepping into our warm, open space to the presentation of a dish or the theatre of a smoked cocktail, every detail is intentional. We source the freshest ingredients to deliver bold flavours and beautifully presented dishes that elevate global street food to gourmet heights.”
