Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

This dish is light, flavorful, and ready in just 15 minutes, perfect for a fast weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

  • 500g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
